Who We Are
The RAISE (Renewal in Agriculture through Intergenerational Support & Empowerment) Project is an Irish initiative designed to bridge generations within the farming community. Led by the Irish Co-operative Organisation Society (ICOS), we collaborate with co-operatives, farmers, advisors, community groups, and stakeholders to promote sustainable land use, legacy planning, and agricultural resilience.

To empower farmers – both young and seasoned – through mentorship, training, and resource sharing, ensuring the longevity and sustainability of Irish agriculture.
