What We Do

Mentorship Program: Connecting experienced landowners with young farmers to foster knowledge transfer and practical experience.

Training Workshops: The project will host training on farm management, sustainable practices, and cooperative development. We also provide training for advisors and co-operative officers to enable legacy discussions and training on establishing your farming legacy.

Digital Resource Hub: Providing online access to research and best practice guides, collaborative farming templates, case studies, and training modules tailored to support intergenerational farming.

Community Forums: Creating a safe space for farmers to share experiences, ask questions, and build networks.

Awareness Campaigns: Raising community visibility around the importance of generational renewal and collaboration.

Performance Dashboard: (to date)

The following dashboard provides an overview of the RAISE project’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the duration of the project (2026-2028). As the RAISE project is designed with a phased implementation approach, many of our key programs and deliverables are scheduled to commence or significantly ramp up in later years, specifically 2027 and 2028. Therefore, the “Actual” figures and “Percentage Achieved” currently reflect the initial stages of the project’s timeline and the phased rollout of these initiatives. This dashboard will be updated quarterly, providing an evolving and more comprehensive picture of our progress as activities accelerate and all project components come online. We anticipate a notable increase in actuals and achievement percentages as the project progresses towards its full implementation and subsequent milestones.
